Covid-19 service updates:
Health and safety is our top priority for our staff, clients, and patients. In order for our staff to remain healthy to be able to provide veterinary care to our clients and patients we have continued to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing, mask wearing, and cleanliness of our facility.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, as well as state mandates we will no longer be requiring our staff or clients to wear masks inside our facilities. However, we still encourage individuals to wear masks when in closer proximity to another individual, such as in the examination room with our staff during your pet's exam.
If you would like our staff to wear a mask when interacting with you, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate!
Beginning June 1, 2021 we will be moving to a "hybrid" curbside type of veterinary visit. When you arrive for your visit, please find a parking space, and call our office to check in over the phone. A member of our staff will ask you if you would like to come into the office for your pet's visit, or if you would prefer to have a fully curbside visit. If you would like to come inside the Technician or Assistant for your pet's visit will advise you which door to meet them at and we will escort you into our new office area.
If you are coming to pick up medication for your pet we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call our office to let us know you are here. A member of our staff will bring your medication or food to your car. Continuing medication pick ups as curbside only visits will help to ensure proper social distancing is maintained within our facility.
The Drs and staff at Grove City Veterinary Hospital thanks ALL of our wonderful clients, new and long time alike, for their patience, and understanding as our community has navigated the pandemic.
